Bromley Capital is a family-owned holding company started by two brothers, Will and Joe Griffiths. They bring strong private equity deal due diligence skills, as well as hands-on operational experience from working directly in small businesses and venture backed start-ups.

At the beginning of 2026, Bromley Capital acquired Yates Powder Coating, one of Queensland's premier sandblasting and powder coating businesses based in Brisbane. Yates has a loyal customer base ranging from the Sunshine Coast all the way down to the Gold Coast.
