We are looking to acquire stable, consistently profitable Australian businesses with owner earnings between $1-5m.
Bromley Capital is not a typical Private Equity firm with strict investment timelines. We intend to own and operate each business long-term, preserving the legacy its previous owner has built.
Investment Criteria
- EBITDA of $1-5m
- Minimum EBITDA margin of 10%
- 5+ years of positive cashflow
- Operating in a non-cyclical sector
- Stable and diversified customer base
- Strong brand trust and reputation
- High proportion of repeat or recurring revenue
