Investment Criteria
- EBITDA of $1-5m
- Minimum EBITDA margin of 10%
- 5+ years of positive cashflow
- Operating in a non-cyclical sector
- Stable and diversified customer base
- Strong brand trust and reputation
- High proportion of repeat or recurring revenue
