Bromley Capital is a family-owned holding company founded by two brothers, Will and Joe Griffiths. Prior to starting Bromley, both worked as consultants, primarily focused on private equity deal due diligence and business strategy. They also bring hands-on operational experience from working directly in small businesses, as well as investment experience in early-stage ventures. Will and Joe ultimately see themselves as operators at heart, and plan to step into full-time roles within any business they acquire, following a brief transition period with the seller.
